Born from a simple frustration.
Too many capable business owners were spending their days buried in spreadsheets, chasing paperwork, and managing administrative tasks that had nothing to do with growing their business.
Ant Admin Solutions was founded to solve that problem. We built a team of specialist administrators — experts in data entry, bookkeeping, document preparation, business setup, and legal coordination — and made them available to businesses that need precision support without the overhead of a full-time hire.
Today we work with executives, consultants, and growing businesses across a range of industries, delivering back-office support that operates at the same standard they hold themselves to.

Samuela Ledua is the Founder and Managing Director of Ant Admin Solutions, a Fiji-based business established to provide dependable, efficient and professionally managed administrative support to organisations seeking to improve their operations.
With more than 15 years of experience across the military, government, corporate and outsourcing sectors, Samuela brings extensive knowledge of risk management, compliance, security, governance and operational leadership. During his career in Fiji's outsourcing industry, he progressed into senior management with responsibilities spanning compliance, security, business implementations, quality assurance, information technology, learning and development, client services and organisational risk.
Samuela's leadership philosophy is founded on integrity, accountability and service. He believes that effective administration is more than completing routine tasks — it is about creating reliable systems, protecting information, maintaining compliance and enabling organisations to make better decisions.
As a mature student pursuing studies in law and psychology, he continues to broaden his understanding of legislation, human behaviour, leadership and organisational responsibility. His Christian faith also plays an important role in shaping his commitment to ethical leadership, resilience and service to others.
Through Ant Admin Solutions, Samuela's vision is to build a trusted Fijian organisation recognised for professionalism, confidentiality, innovation and excellence — helping businesses reduce administrative pressure, strengthen their internal systems and concentrate on sustainable growth.

Mr Alifereti Yauvoli is a lawyer by training, a former Fiji Navy officer and an experienced adviser in business formation, institutional governance and organisational development. His service as an officer in the Fiji Navy helped shape a leadership style grounded in discipline, accountability, teamwork and duty. These qualities continue to influence his approach to legal advisory work, organisational governance and business development.
Mr Yauvoli is also the founder and operator of Yalomatua Consultancy, through which he supports entrepreneurs, businesses and institutions seeking professional guidance, stronger governance and sustainable growth. He has also served as Director of Legal and Compliance for Talai, contributing to the legal, regulatory and governance foundations of the Fiji-based technology and logistics initiative.
